We have four loan programs:

SBA 504- Provides growing businesses in Missouri with long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as land, buildings, improvements and equipment.

RLF- Specific to Clay & Platte counties, the RLF provides with up to 10 years of fixed-rate financing for fixed assets such as land, buildings, improvements, or FF&E.

RRLF- Specific to 20 counties in Northwest Missouri, the RRLF provides rural businesses access to capital to purchase fixed assets, inventory, or working capital.

ILP- Provides growing businesses in Missouri and the eastern part of Kansas up to 15 years of fixed-rate financing for fixed assets.​
